WorkNass.com is a global digital platform that anticipates the future of the job market and employment in the world through our website, Worknass.com. Many people want to work on their own terms and enjoy flexible schedules. Flexibility is not just about combining one’s personal and professional life properly. The growing demands against fixed, contracted employment is about being able to decide when you work and how much you work. Now, through our interactive platform, we harness innovation and technology to create an appropriate new ecosystem that connects job seekers from talented people, professionals, consultants and employers to limitless opportunities around the world. The main goal is not a commitment to an institution of work, but instead, is to enjoy what you do, and have the freedom to decide when you do it and being your own boss in your professional life.     

Where we enable the publication of profiles and the search for vacancies and opportunities for employment and search for them globally. Under this policy, we define and explain the purpose of processing data, persons who are allowed to communicate with data, and the conditions for communicating data to other persons. We also provide you with your rights regarding the processing of your personal data. By subscribing to the Workforce and creating your account and accepting these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, you grant us your consent to process your personal data under the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Because we care and sponsor our clients and you as a customer interested in our services, we ask you to read, understand, accept and follow the terms and conditions below, as the legal basis for our relationship with you as a customer. Our Services defined as the applications and services provided by WorkNass including any means or interface to access the Application

Create an account on a WorkNass platform

In order to start using WorkNass services, you must first register and create an account on WorkNass. We also ask you to accept the following terms and conditions. You are allowed to create a personal account and use our services only if you are eligible to enter into legal contracts independently. This means that you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are a job seeker, you are only allowed to create a functional account if you are a natural person and create the account personally. As we do not accept the representation of job seekers through the power of attorney or other means.

When you register, you'll be asked to choose a password for your account. Keeping your password secure is essential to protecting your personal information and avoiding violating your rights. By doing so, you agree not to share your account name and password with others or to do anything that could compromise the security of your account. We do not take any responsibility for third party actions regarding the use of your account or password. Accordingly, you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or other use of your account or password

Through your account, we allow you to create an individual profile and make this profile or parts of it public. The Job Seeker file also allows interested employers to access relevant information and offer employment-related offers. The Employer-Profile allows posting of jobs and other recruitment activities for recruitment purposes.

When using your account and services, please be aware that we only accept correct and accurate information that is not misleading in terms of your level of education, work experience or other personal information. We also reserve the right to refuse your request or any other information we identify, based on the information available to us, if we find it to be misleading or inappropriate, including but not limited to the situation where your previous experience, level of education, or skills do not meet your job expectations Vacancies you apply for. If so, we will inform you of the reasons for our rejection.

 

1- Data collection

The data you provide us when you use the service, which you provide to us, which may include your name, contact information, financial information you need to pay or receive for the services you provide through the WorkNass platform, or information that helps us fill in tax forms. When using the Service, we may also collect information about your use of the Service and collect it with information about other users. This helps us improve and develop our services. - Public Service: We offer services to individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. -Third-Party Personal Information: We collect the following personal information from you about your contacts or friends: first name, last name and e-mail address when you provide us to add your contacts to the message room.

You do not have a legal obligation to provide us with any data, but you may have a contractual obligation to do so. If we do not receive some data from you, we will not be able to serve you. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@worknass.com

Other parties may provide us with information about you. If we combine this data with the data that you have collected through the Service, we will continue to treat this consolidated information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may also receive information about you from third parties. For example, we may supplement the information we collect with external records or may provide third parties with information regarding the MLM or at your request (such as if you choose to sign in with a third-party service). If we combine the information we receive from others with the information we collect through the Service, we will treat the embedded information as described in this Privacy Policy

2- Data using

3- Data retention

Unless you request to delete some data, we retain data collected for at least five years. Your information may continue to be copied for backup and for an additional time.

4- Data disclosure

We do not disclose your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes of such third parties unless you give us your consent. We may disclose the information we collect about you, including personal information, in the following cases: - Information about independent dealers: If you have entered into a service contract with another user, we may provide your name, company address, billing address, Tax or VAT number to complete the transaction. Privacy

Your personal information may be disclosed to the tracking system of applicants or other service providers to provide our services. By accepting these terms, you agree to transfer such data and agree that we are not responsible for any non-compliance with any third-party service provider, even if it occurred while providing our services.

Use of data available in our database

You are not permitted to make extracts, copy any parts of the database or use the database for any commercial purposes or others. The job seeker may not use the information contained in the functional database (including our website) to contact potential employers in good faith to apply for a job. You are also not allowed to communicate with employers other than the actual interest in the vacant position.

Intellectual property rights

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights in our database and its content (including the website) and the software used to provide and facilitate the use of our services, either by publishing or otherwise, you do not obtain any intellectual property rights and agree to transfer or License to us from the moment of creation of any Intellectual Property Rights created using our Services. You agree that we will not use our materials for any similar services or sites for Windows. To avoid doubt and affirmation of protection, we are still the sole owner of the Workflow Database. By posting your information on our site, you will not become a joint owner or partner.

Termination and deletion of your account

If you no longer wish to contact the Worknass, please email support@worknass.com, and we will contact you within seven (7) days to clarify your actual intent. Once confirmed, we will permanently delete your personal account within thirty (30) days. With your account deleted, we'll also delete your personal data. Provided that you send us a request for your information within the 30 days, we will send the information to your contacts within a reasonable time. We will terminate our legal relationship and delete your account if we believe, in our reasonable opinion (including, but not limited to, of other users at WorkNass, you have been made inappropriately or morally, fraudulently, misleadingly or inaccurately as a student of employment, contacted any employer for a non-employment purpose, you are not eligible to use our services, or you have violated any item of the Terms and Conditions are not addressed In addition to the above, we also reserve the right to discontinue the provision of services and terminate our legal relationship without any circumstances attributable to you. In this case, we will also store your data in our database for thirty (30) another day before deleting your data permanently.

Limitation of liability

Following applicable laws, you are fully responsible for any loss resulting from your use of our services. We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages in any circumstances, even if they are based on negligence. Feedback

We collect feedback from WorkNass users about their experience. Please note that any comments made via the service or user comments can view via the platform. In some cases, we may have to remove comments in accordance with the relevant provisions of the terms of service, including the terms of use

Changes

We may at any time and without notice do change any of these terms and conditions or any other terms agreed between us by posting the new terms on our worknass and / or by sending an email to the last email address you have registered on the Site. Unless you delete your account within fifteen (15) days, the new Terms will become immediately effective and apply to any continued or new use of our Services. Changes may also be made by submitting our new terms and conditions to accept them, and in such a case, such changes will take effect upon your acceptance of the new Terms or at a later date, you specify.

Applicable law at the settlement of disputes
